RTF to DOCX error: an item with the same key has already bee

Hi there,

I have a supplier system which outputs an RTF file (although with a .BIL file extension). I'm having trouble converting it using the RTF to DOCX converter. It returns an error "an item with the same key has already been added". I'm not sure what to investigate in terms of RTF formatting in case there's anything inherently wrong with the file. Could you review the file and let me know if I can either fix the output or if there's something else that can be done to get this to autmatically convert to DOCX or, ideally, PDF?
