Rows/Cells missing on multiple Rowspans in PDFGrid

Dear Support Team,

Rowspans seem to be a tough one, again we are facing issues using multiple Rowspans in PdfGrid.
Rows and cells are missing in different ways, depending on the Version of Spire.PDF / Spire.Office.

Issue example using spire.office.v5.12.8:
