Hello,
we are evaluting the Spire.BarCode and have some problems with the detection rate.

We have experimented with different resolutions or upscaling of a PDF, but always have the problem that 282 comes back as the scan result of the Datamatrix code and if it was upscaled to A0 then at least 4008 but not the expected result of structured XML data as one would expect with a "German medication plan".

Can you somehow "read" from the result what you can do to get a valid result?
Or can you do this in any other way? What is the optimal preparation of a data matrix code?

Thanks in advance for our help.

Best Regards
Michael

Dear Michael,

Thanks for your inquiry.
If you were using an old version, I would suggest that you give the latest version (Spire.BarCode(Hot Fix) Version:3.4.0) a try, if the issue still happens, please provide your images which have the barcode that can't be recognized correctly by our Spire.Barcode, so that we can look into your case precisely. You could send them to us via email (support@e-iceblue.com). Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Nina

Dear Nina from E-iceblue support team,
thank you for the hint. We will try it!

But we can't send the document via eMail because there is personal health data in it.
Is there perhaps another way to securly send the file?

Many Greetings
Michael
