Problems with characters

Good Morning,

I am having problems with some characters while converting a HTML-Text to RTF. The Characters ä,ü,ö are not displayed as wanted.
Is there something like an Encoding that I need to change?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the free version. I have tested the case with the latest hotfix Spire.Doc Pack Version:7.1 and could confirm it works well. Please try this version.
