Problem with radio buttons

Hi, we have a problem with a certain PDF form. We want to fill it, flatten it and finally save the file in PDF/A format.
The strange thing is, when opening the filled PDF form file before converting it to PDF/A, all the selected radio buttons have other marks than when selecting the radio button in a PDF reader. When converting the file to PDF/A all the radio buttons are in selected state.
This happens with version 3.9.82.
