problem in xls to image

I have a problem when converting xls to image, the graphics are not shown as it should.

If you were using an old version, I would suggest that you try again with the latest version (Spire.XLS Pack(Hotfix) Version:9.5.11). Our Dev team did repairs for your issue, please download the hotfix from the following link. But I have to tell that there is still a format issue with the chart at the left corner, please see the attached image. The issue is so complicated that our Dev team haven't found a solution to fix it yet. Sorry for that. If there is any progress in the future, we will let you know.
