Hello Spire guys and thanks in advance for your always kindly attention.

We are experiencing an issue when printing a Word DocX file while using custom scaling on Windows

The problems are both on physical printers and software ones, while print preview works always fine

I attach to present message:

1) Sample document we are using for testing purposes

2) Screenshot of a print at 120% scaling

3) Screenshot of a print at 150% scaling

Once again, thanks for your support

Dear unicodesrl,

Thanks for your inquiry.
After an initial testing with the latest Spire.Doc Pack(hot fix) Version:6.0.3, everthing works fine on my side. So please first try to use this version. If the issue still happens, please provide following information for testing.
1) the code you were using.
2) OS information, e.g. Win7 64bit.
3) Region and Language, e.g. China/Chinese.

Sincerely,
Betsy

Betsy,
first of all thanks for your support and my apologies for my late reply.

After downloading the Spire.DocViewer the problem is 100% solved.

However, the latest version displays a nag screen on top of our print preview. Do we need to purchase or upgrade our license?

Thanks once again for your further attention

Greetings,
Stefano
