We have a DOCX file (see attached) with a document header that contains a table with 3 rows and 3 columns (none of the table cells are merged). We placed an image in the top left cell of the table - Even though the image is taller than the cell height, Microsoft Word overlays the image on top of the cells below, allowing the image to be fully visible. However, the image is being cropped off at the boundary of the containing cell when the DOCX file is converted using Document.SaveToStream(stream, FileFormat.PDF).

I just tested 4.4.2 and the image is being displayed over the underlying cells. However, the top cell border is still being cut off. Note, everything renders correctly if we use the Save As PDF option within Microsoft Word.

Are you planning to look into the border overlay issue?
