Hi There,
We are using Spire.Doc for generation of Word documents and we wanted to use it for PDF generation as well. When we generate the PDF file, we encounter following issues.

1. The original document's alignment was Justified but when PDF is generated, all the text were left aligned.

2. The header and footer is missing some times of the PDF. It is highly unreliable.

How do we fix the above mentioned issues?

Rgds,
Jay

Hello Jay,

Thanks for your feedback and so sorry for any inconvenience caused by us.

We've tested this problem with the hotfix(Spire.Doc v4.1.27), but we can't reproduce it. The generated PDF file's alignment is Justified as the docx file.Would you please have a kind try with the hotfix, you can download it at http://www.e-iceblue.com/Download/download-word-for-net-now/spire-doc-hv4127.html.

If you still have this problem, could you please offer more informations(your application's target framwork, the original file missing header and footer, the version of the Spire.Doc you referenced etc)to help us reproduce this problem?

Thanks in advance.

I attached the generated PDF file, please have a look.

Have a great day!

Kind regards,

Hi Suvi,
Thank you very much for your reply. Now the header footer seems ok. But can you see, in the result pdf that you attached, the alignment is out ? The original document we attached in the post, all the lines are justified aligned. In the PDF, the first line of every paragraph is out of alignment because of the tab space in the beginning of the line. Could you please let us know how to avoid this? It is very urgent.

Thanks in advance,

Jay
