how to use mail merge on Checkbox

I have some checkboxes in my document.I need to these check box come checked or unchecked when pdf generate.
I think there is some event but how i create event and call it.

Sorry for that Spire.Doc can't meet your requirements.

If you convert a doc file with multiple checkbox to pdf, the content of the pdf can't be modified any more. Also can't achieve these checkbox come checked or unchecked.
