We have a table (or more) with a header. The text in the header is styled with 'Header 1', to be referenced by the TOC. The header of the table is repeated for every page span by the table.
The resulting TOC has wrong page numbers - in our real application the page number references last occurance of the text, instead og the first 1.
Ex:
pg1
Table1-Header
row1
...
row n
pg2
Table1-Header
rown+1
...
row n+m
pg3
Table1-Header
rown+m+1
...
row n+m+...
The page number showed in TOC if 3, not 1.
After opening the document in MS Word, manually updating the TOC field, the page number(s) aligns correctly.
Attached, source code of simple test, a document containing a sort of template of the table (TableTemplate.dox) and the resulting document (MyDoc.docx).
Thanks.
