Hi..

I was just using spire.xls to read and set the values from excel file.. I would like to know if the free version of spire.xls has any limitation with respect to number of sheets it can read/load and number of rows /cells etc ?

Please let me know

Thanks for your inquiry.
Free version is limited to 5 sheets per workbook and 200 rows per sheet. This limitation is enforced during reading or writing .xls files or PDF files. From Free Spire.XLS v7.8, there is no any limitation on rows or sheets when loading and saving .xlsx file format. When converting Excel files to PDF files, you can only get the first 3 pages of PDF file.
By the way, we have no plan to update the free version and the new features and fixes will only be included in commercial version.
