Different PDF Render when compared to Word

Good day!

I'm currently developing a system that produces a PDF from a word generated document. The produced PDF has a different layout from the word document. Also, it's different from a pdf created from word (which is identical to the produced docx).

I'm using version 6.10.6.4040

Is there anything I can do/download/set up to have them identical?
