Missing horizontal lines, images n watermark, word to pdf

Hi,

There is a serious issue while converting from word to pdf using spire doc.
The word file is having all lines water mark and signature logo etc.
When converted from word to pdf the same file is missing all except text.
Can you please give us a solution for this.

I prefer to recommend that you upgrade to the latest commercial version(Spire.Doc Pack(hot fix) Version:6.8.16) to have a try. If the issue still occurs after trying, please provide your word file and result Pdf file to help us locate your issue quickly. You could send them to us via email(support@e-iceblue.com).
