Hi

We are using Spire.pdf.wpf dll , we are having issue when we convert the pdf page to image some of the data in the fields are missing. as the attachment size is bigger than 2Mb so you can download it form
http://secureclose-kiosk-test.azurewebsites.net/RIC.rar

the zip file contains both the pdf document and the image created using "SaveAsImage" function

In the sample provided the data in Amount Financed field is missing when converted to image.

Dear jperkinsSC,

Sorry for late reply as weekend.
I clicked the link, but didn't get the attachment. And the IE explorer shows an error that doesn't find the web site. Could you please send it again ? You could send it to us(support@e-iceblue.com) via email.

Sincerely,
Betsy

Besty

Thanks for the hotfix , I does solve the problem mentioned but we are facing another issue with this hotfix which was not present in the older version of dll.

When we open the pdf and insert in image into a pdf file and save it , then when we try to open the pdf it gives us error "Insufficient data for an image".

Please note this happen on 2nd iteration. the steps we follow are as following

1. open pdf
2. Insert signature image using "page0.Canvas.DrawImage(pdfImage, rect);" function
3. save pdf ......upto this point the pdf works properly
4. open pdf again
5. insert 2nd signature image using same code
6. save pdf again ...... at this point first image disappears from the pdf document and shows above mentioned error

All the sample documents available at

https://secureclose.azurewebsites.net/AMS-RIC.rar

We have also send an email on support@e-iceblue.com

Please also note the pdf containing name buyer Signature is the one having problem

Looking forward for you response
