Hello, when saving xls file in html, I encountered the following problem. The cell with the time format, displayed in Microsoft Office Excel as "36:05", when saved in html looks like "36:04". If you add seconds to the output, you can see "36:04:60" in the html file, I think this is a rounding error. I used the version 7.11.59.7040 Spire.XLS
