hi all
i have a strange problem, in my work environment (windows 10) application works perfectly!
loading from xslt file, convert to pdf with some settings.. all works... but...

we start testing application on windows server 2012 r2 standard...
Content instead i have "black" in document?

i start testing on virtual machine and app works normally...

what is it? where hi comes from and how i can fix this strange problem?

First we suggest you use the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.8.121.
If the issue still happens with the version, please provide us following information for investigation.
1) input and output file.
2) the code you were using, the better to provide us a sample project.
3) Is it a web application, and do you deploy it on IIS ?

Sorry that we currently we don't have plan to maintain/update the free version. So we suggest you use the version I mentioned, and you can contact our sales team(sales@e-iceblue.com) to get a temporary license file for one month to remove the warning message and have a better evaluation on our products.

i can't understand, in windows server 2012 datacenter everything works perfectly, but in standard edition i have this bug... difference for your product?

Our product is same for different system, it doesn't have difference. We suppose the issue is caused by the system configuration. Please compare system configuration on the working system with the system which has issue, whether the browser is same... Find the difference between them and change the system configuration.

So sorry for the inconvenience caused, but kindly note that we don't have a plan to maintain or update the free version and all the new features and bug fixes are implemented in the commercial version. If you want the fixes without warning message, we suggest you purcahse our product.
