obj.NativeData is null

Hi
i have an app that gets all DocOleObject pdf inside a word doc and attaches them to a pdf file
the problem is the NativeData of the DocOleObject is null,but if i open my word document in word and save it
and run the app again the NativeData is not null!!.
any idea why it happens
i saw a hotfix with the same problem for excel file.
anyway i installed the 5.7.72 hotfix but it didn't help.
I'm using a free edition in order to test the product for the company I work in.

please advise asap,
