Save to PDF hangs application

Hi,
When trying the save the attached document TestPdf1.docx to PDF the application freezes on the SaveToFile command (doc.SaveToFile("TestPdf1.pdf", FileFormat.PDF)).
The attached TestPdf2.docx is the same document with just a couple of rows removed out of the word table and it works ok.
I'm using the latest release 5.7.37.4240.
