SaveToFile PDF Letters Change on Numbered List

In a word docx file that has a numbered list with letters like II, JJ, KK, etc. However the PDF file that is created by the function doc.SaveToFile([FileName], Spire.Doc.FileFormat.PDF) is changing the letters to AI, AJ, AK, etc.

I need the formatting to stay the same in the PDF as it is in the Word document.
