splwow64.exe crash when printing

We having some problems with Spire.PDFViewer when we send a document to the printer. Only Spire.PDFViewer has this problem other application still works.

When we send a print job to the printer we get the follow message:

We have tried other printers and reinstalled the printer without success!

Please tell us your application is 32bit or 64bit, thanks.

The application is 32 bit

What i have tried to fix this problem?

* https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2815716
* disable printer spooling
* update printer drivers
* installed the printer local (TCP/IP) and not from an share

Thanks for your response, it is difficult for us if we can't replicate the issue on our side, we will appreciate it if you could provide us a sample application can demonstrate the issue, and what's printer you were using?
