Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please provide us the detailed error information. Here is a tutorial on our website about how to add Controls to Toolbox:

I am using a win 7 computer and Visual Studio 2013.

I am able to install version 1.2.5 msi file.

Thank I go and run the Control Installer, and then the I get a message box stating Invalid License Data. Reinstall is required.

I then hit close on the message box and then I am getting this error below

I have also attached screen shots of the error that I am getting.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hello,

Thanks for your information.
I have tested your issue with a win 7 computer, Visual Studio 2013 and spire.barcode_1.2.5.msi. It worked well in our side. Please try to directly add the spire.barcode in the Visual Studio.
If there are any questions, welcome to get it back to us.

Best Regards,
Sweety
