I am not sure if this is possible by spire.doc for net in C# to populate newly created document ,filled with header ,caption,paragraph from the contents of columns of sql table.
If yes, do we have any example in this regard in C#.

Our Spire.Doc(at present the latest version is Spire.Doc Pack(hot fix) Version:7.4.14) supports doing mail merge using a dataset that is coming from a MSSQL database. You could refer to the tutorial (How to Use Mail Merge to Create Report) to test your case. If this is not what you want, please provide your desired output for our reference, then we will look into it and guide you accordingly.
