PdfDocument load error

I use the PdfDocument LoadFromStream or LoadFromFile to load the pdf file to get the text. Most files are ok, but some does not work. I attach the error one. Can you guyes improve this problem. I can email the error file to you. Thanks.

Do you use the latest version of Spire.Pdf(Spire.Pdf 8.9.2) ? If you don’t use the latest version, please updating. In addition, I don’t find the pdf document in attachment of your forum post. You can send it to our email (support@e-iceblue.com). And please offer the following message to help us to investigate exactly your issue.
1）Application type, such as Console App, .NET Framework 4.8.
2）Your test environment, such as OS info (E.g. Windows 7, 64-bit) and region setting (E.g. China, Chinese).
