PdfDocument.Layers.RemoveLayer goes into infinite loop

When I tried to remove Layers from a Pdf document (which was merged from 5 pdf files), it goes into infinite loop. I guess this layers in each document was created using page.PageLayers. Can you please check this issue.

I received your file and when using code doc.Layers.RemoveLayer("Foxit_ConectedPDF_Navigation");to remove the layer, I encounterd the NullReferenceException issue.I have posted it to our Dev team, if it is fixed or there are some updates for you, we will let you know.
