PDF header

Hi,
I am having an issue with the format of PDF header. Please see the attachment for detail. In the PDF header screen shot, there is a section where the date generated and page number is displayed. you can see it lined up perfectly in headerFormet screenshot. But when we run the report, they don't line up very well. Please refer to pdf screenshot. You can reproduce this issue by using the attached files in another post of mine:

Could you please let us know how to solve this?
