Hi

I have a project that generates DOC files for users to download.

I am using the trial of FreeSpire.Doc from Nuget to convert these DOC files to PDF (in MemoryStream objects).

We are experiencing the 3 page maximum which we would expect - however we are also noticing a number of dynamically generated images are missing (displaying a typical broswer "missing image" icon instead - red X inside a grey box )

Other images in the document are converted correctly.

The images are rendered correctly in the DOC file.

Is this a limitation of the trial - or are we likely to experience the same issue if we buy the full version of Spire.Doc ?

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.
This is not the limitation of free version. I suggest you try to use our latest Spire.Doc Pack(hot fix) Version:8.9.6 which has more fixes than old version. If the issue still exists, please provide your inupt Word document for further investigation. You can upload the file here or send to us(support@e-iceblue.com) via email.
Besides, our sales team send you a temporary license file for one month to remove the warning message and you could have a better evaluation on our products. Here is the guide for applying license.

Sincerely,
Betsy
