Hi team,
We have Purchased spire.doc & spire.pdf Developer licenses in 2018 and till last month it was working fine.
Suddenly the Spire.doc says license is expired and evaluation symbol is showing up.. We tried reaching out through mail for support , but there is no response from more than one week.
We cross verified the license file & the server where it is hosted none of them has changed geographically ..
Order number : Order No.5125

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Sorry we did not receive your email, maybe it was blocked by outlook. We checked our records and found your license subscription for Spire.Doc has expired on 2019/07/20. This means that your license is only valid for the version released before 2019/07/20.
Which version of Spire.Doc are you using? Please provide the details of the dlls you are using (E.g. Spire.Doc.dll 8.5.8.4040). Looking forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Rachel

Hello,

Thanks for your response.
We have verified that your license is only valid for Spire.Doc 7.4.14 and the lower versions. Thus, when using the Spire.doc V7.7.24, you will get the evaluation warning message.
If you want to use a higher version, please contact our sales team(sales@e-iceblue.com) to renew your license.

Sincerely,
Rachel

Thank you for quick response!!
As an immediate fix, will go back to Spire.Doc 7.4.14 , and have our team reachout to sales to see what the renewal cost will be.
We want to upgrade to version that supports .NET Core3.1 going forward as we have migration plan, which might take 3 months from now.

Hello team,

After the downgrade of the Spire.Doc dll version(v.7.10) still, we are getting the Evaluation warning message while converting doc to pdf.
Could you please help to fix this issue.

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback.
Kindly note that Spire.Doc 7.10 is a higher version than Spire.Doc 7.4.14, so your license is not valid for it. Besides, I checked our release log and found our Spire.Doc supports .NET Core from Spire.Doc 6.7.4.
If there is any question, please feel free to write back.

Sincerely,
Rachel
