After publishing a new version of the program that makes use of your product we are now getting the message "Evaluation Warning: The document was created with Spire.Doc for .NET." on our deployment location and on our developer machine. Meaning that our license is not active anymore.
I have received the following information from your sales representative before making the decision to buy your product:
"Please note that the Developer Small Business license you used allows 1 developer and 1 deployment location (identified by a unique machine ID/MAC address) to use it. When the license is used on machines beyond this limit, it will not be effective, the output file will have the warning messages. We recommend you choose Developer OEM."
And on your website more details can be found saying:
" One Developer Small Business authorizes One developer to utilize our product to create an unlimited number of applications which can be deployed at One geographic location in your organization (internal use only). It does not allow distribution of your custom applications to third parties, public-facing websites, or SaaS/PaaS/IaaS projects."
Our internal use and deployment comply to both of these definitions of what is allowed for our license, we kindly request your urgent assistance to resolve this issue and ensure our license remains valid for its intended use, which should be perpetually.
We did have a new modem installed last week, but as the MAC address of the machine that the software is running on has not changed we would think this would not cause any problems. As mentioned by your sales representative in a conversation I had before purchasing the license:
" For your network upgrade schedule, the changes IP addresses doesn’t matter. If there is no changes on the Mac Address, your license file will work as normal."
