Issue with Images in Word to PDF

We are having issues with images from the word template not included in the PDF. I tried updating to the 5.7 and now I receive an error when I try to open the PDF. Adobe Reader Error. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.

We have a Spire.Doc Pro license for version 5.6.

Please advise.
