Issue when scanning images of large file size

Postby tomaustin700 » Wed Oct 05, 2016 4:11 pm

Hi,

When trying to scan an image of a large file size the following error is generated:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' occurred in System.Drawing.dll

Additional information: Parameter is not valid.

Please find a sample project demonstrating this issue at the following link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3wujU ... sp=sharing

The approach used in my sample project is the same approach we are using in our main solution which has the same issue.

Can you please advise on how to stop this issue from occurring and if possible modify my sample project to fix the issue.

Thanks

Hi Gary,

Please run visual studio is x86 debug mode, that should duplicate the issue.

Tom

Hello,

Sorry that I am afraid that now we don't have any plan to update/maintain our free version.

Please see my original posts which duplicate the issue. I assume Vittorio is running into the same issues I was having.

Dear tomaustin700,

Thanks for your answer.
Different files may have the different reason caused the issue. So we need Vittorio's files to determine the reason caused the issue accurately.

Thanks,
Betsy
