Issue converting pivot charts

I have been testing multiple types of documents. Even though Pivot Tables and Charts work, when i tried to load a document that contains a pivot chart and convert it to pdf it just hangs. I notice the documentation says you support pivot charts (at least for excel files). Is this because i am using the Free version right now or is there a known issue that causes conversion to hang on pivot charts?

Firstly, please try to use the latest Spire.XLS Pack Hotfix Version:7.12.11. If the issue still exists, please provide us with the input file which has the issue for investigation as it is difficult for us to find the cause of the problem.

I was using version 7.12, but after adding the hotfix for 7.12.11 it started working, thank you.
