Is there any way to load the encrypt pdf ?

Our team already purchased the Spire.pdf. We have the pdf files that were encrypted but they can open to view content normally. When use SpirePdf to load the Pdf we got the error "can not open an encrypted document. The password is invalid." . Is there anyway to bypass this error and load the pdf content. We don't have the password for this case.

Thanks for your inquiry.
I could load the PDF document has password security yet no open password successfully with the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.9.141. Firstly, I suggest you try to use that hotfix. If the issue still happens, please provide us with the document which has the issue for investigation.
