Incorrect text replacement for links

Hello,

I'm using Spire.Office 2.13 to open a docx file, replace some text, and save it as docx or pdf.

When replacing text that contains a hyperlink or a mailto-link, the end result is incorrect.
Please see attached VS solution for a minimal example that reproduces the error.
