Hi,

Please see the attached Word/PDF file - you can see when the conversion happens, the header shows up twice on the PDF for some reason. I'm fairly sure this didn't happen before, but I tested several versions going back, and it wasn't able to fix it.

I am using the "Spire.Officefor.NETStandard" latest version 7.10.0. And the issue seems to happen on both Windows and Linux (our servers are linux based).

Cheers,
Felix

Unfortunately, this issue is starting to effect a lot of our customers. Do you think it will be a while before there is a fix? Is there any other sort of workaround?

Cheers,
Felix

Hi, I saw there was an update last week. Does that have a fix at all? It doesn't look like the issue number was included.

Cheers,
Felix

Thank you so much for working on this issue, unfortunately, it doesn't look like the new version was successful here. Please see attached files for the Word and produced PDF.

Please note I was using the 'NET6.0' DLLs in the download you provided.

Cheers,
Felix

However, I tested the word document you provided last time (Test Custom Element (10).docx) with the temporary package, I found this issue is solved. I attached the files for your reference.

OK, it sounds like it is heading in the right direction. It's so strange that it works in one case and not the other though... Looking forward to any other updates and ideally a deployed package.

Cheers,
Felix

Hi,

It's been a bit over a month since this issue was first reported. Has there been any update? We might have to look at a different converter if this cannot be fixed.

Unfortunately, we have also been hearing that the footer also can double up, just like the header.

Cheers,
Felix
