Hello,

Spire.XLS is throwing an exception "Relation attribute missed" on opening an XLSX file using
Code: Select all
workbook.LoadFromStream()
Opening the XLSX using my Excel 2019 installation and saving it as XLSX to another file resolves the problem. Unfortunately I can't provide a test file because the original customer-provided file causing the problem contains sensitive data.

My Spire.XLS version is 9.11.14. I found an old post that this issue should have been resolved with version 7.6.21 (https://www.e-iceblue.com/News/hiding-the-chart-title-starts-to-support-in-spirexls-7621.html). Is there still a bug in my Spire version?

KR,
Gerhard

Hi Gerhard,

Thanks for your inquiry.
The issue in the old post already had been fixed. As for your issue, I am afraid we need your file for testing and further investigation. We promise to keep it confidential and won’t use it for any other purpose. You could send the file to us(support@e-iceblue.com) via email.

Hi,

I managed to anonymize all the sensitive data portions by directly manipulating the values inside the XLSX' zipped files. Thus I could preserve the erroneous behaviour during opening of the workbook.
