My file (and example) is attached in the first post.
Mybe de problem can be related with the region config of the computer (my computer is configured with spanish locale).
I've tried another library that throws me the same exception and the bug where realated with the locale of the computer.
I attach the same file again.
Have a nice day.

Hello dhernandez,

Sorry for any inconveniences caused by us and thank you for your patience.

We tested the file you sent. We load the XLS file successfully, but we came up with another question when opened the file which is saved by Spire.XLS giving a warning information. Could you give us some time to research on the issue? Once fixed it, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Have a nice day.
