Exception in PDF to PDF/A Converter

Hi folks,

I am getting an Exception while converting some PDFs to PDF/A-3B.
Unfortunately I'm not allowed to share those PDFs, because those contain customer data.
I try to find some examples I can share.

Maybe you can help me with the Exception alone.

I simulated a PDF file and converted it to PDF/A-3B, but I did not encounter any issue.
This error you encountered is mostly related to the data in the document, your input file is very important for us to investigate your issue. To protect your privacy, you could send your input file to us via email (support@e-iceblue.com).
Don’t worry, we promise to keep your document confidential and we will not use it for any other purpose. Besides, you could also remove the security data of your file as long as the modified file could reproduce your issue.
