Excel Worksheet opens "Evaluation Warning" sheet by default

Hello team,
Even though we have purchased the Licence of e-iceblue. When I'm opening the generated excel file, the default sheet is of "Evaluation warning".

Could you please help me in fixing this so that it can open the correct page?

Thanks for your inquiry.
Firstly, we suggest you apply the license by license key. Since sometimes, your application could not read the license file because of lack of permission or other reason.

Besides, after checking our records, sorry that we don't find any purchase information according to your register email. If you still have the issue, please provide your purchase email or license file for us(support@e-iceblue.com) via email, then I will do a test and update you.
