Are you using the feature of our Spire.PDF to convert HTML to PDF on .NET Core? Sorry to tell you that our product doesn’t support the LoadFromHTML(including PdfHtmlLayoutFormat) method on .NET Core at present. It is supported well on .NET framework now. This feature of .NET Core is in the process of developing. Once it is available, we will keep you informed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
