Hi,

I wan't to convert a word doc to pdf, but when I try to open the document I get an error message that the Futua font could not be set to the regular style.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello Wilco Swart,

Sorry for any inconveniences caused by us and thank you for your patience.

We can't find any informations about "futua" font. Would you please send your doc file to help us reproduce your problem?

Thanks in advance.
Have a nice day.

Hi,

It should be the Futura font. I will upload an example of the report.

Thanks.

Hi Wilco Swart,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by us and thank you for your feedback.
We converted your doc document to pdf, it didn't display properly at first. But after we downloaded the "Futura Bold" font and installed it on the pc, the pdf document displayed
well.Would you please check that whether the "Futura Bold" font has been installed on your pc? If not,you need to install it. Unfortunately, there is some other bugs exist in Spire.Doc so that the result pdf document has 11 pages. We will solve this issue ASAP, we will inform you once we have progress.

Sorry again.
Have a great day.
