Encrypted PDf can't be opend on ipad/iphone

Hi,

we create PDf encrypted PDf with attached files like shown here
/Tutorials/Spire.PDF/Spire.PDF-Program-Guide/Protect-PDF-–-Encrypt-PDF-Document-with-C-VB.NET.html

Everything works well, but it's not possible to open this PDF on ipad/iphone.
After typing UserPassword PDf will not open.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your inquiry.
The method in the guide you mentioned is obsoleted, please use the new method in this guide with the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:4.5.3.
Besides, our Spire.PDF follows the Adobe standard, please check if the result pdf could be opened in Adobe reader. If there is still issue, please share us the input, output document and the code you were using for further investigation.
