Edit Hightlights

I'm using the ApplyHighlight function to highlight search terms in a PDF. However, occassionally some text may be highlighted that I need to remove the highlight from. Other platforms I've tested apply the highlight with a highlight object that can be selected and modified within a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat or BlueBeam. When I try to select a highlight generated from Spire.PDF, there doesn't appear to be any object to select. Is there a way to highlight text using Spire.pdf in such a way that it is editable later?

Thanks for your inquiry.
Sorry currently our Spire.PDF doesn't support highlighting text like Adobe does, we have added it as a new feature into our upgrade list.
I’ll inform you as soon as there is any progress on these issues.
