Hi, is there anyway to ensure the PDF file from a docx file is created using pantone colors (CMYK), crop and bleed marks?

Thanks

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the reply.

Currently we are currently using .NET Spire.Doc library to convert docx to PDF and out print vendor does not have any issues with the PDF format.
Now, we are doing a POC to migrate docx to PDF conversion to logic from .NET to Java.
Converted a docx to PDF using Java Spire.Doc library and sent to print provider.

Print provider is complaining the format is RGB and they are expecting CMYK.

Is there any different between .NET Spire.DOC vs Java Spire.DOC with respect to format?

One more thing, I have used not licensed version of Java Spire.DOC and PDF has watermark where as .NET Spire.Doc is licensed. Does licence version makes any difference?

Thanks
Venkatesh

Hello Venkatesh,

Thanks for your feedback.
There is no difference between .NET Spire.DOC vs Java Spire.DOC with respect to format. To help you better evaluate our Java Spire.Doc, our sales team just send a temporary license ( one month free) of Spire.Doc for Java to your email. Please apply it by the key method(How to Apply the License by license key) and download the latest Spire.Doc for Java Version:3.1.6 to try again. If there is still any question, to help further look into it, please share us with your testing Word document, your full testing code as well as your generated PDFs of Spire.Doc for .NET and Spire.Doc for Java. You could send them to us via(support@e-iceblue.com).

Sincerely,
Lisa
