Hi,
I am setting custom properties in a pdf which works fine.
I then take that file and lock it with an owner password to allow printing only.
After the file is locked the custom properties are no longer in the file.
If I remove the owner password they are gone as well.

I'm using the following permissions to secure the file:
Spire.Pdf.Security.PdfPermissionsFlags.Print | Spire.Pdf.Security.PdfPermissionsFlags.FullQualityPrint;

Is there something I'm missing to keep the custom properties?

Thanks

Hi,

With the new version I am having issues printing a document with the actual size setting.
In the previous version the document would print centered and this version prints it on the left side of the page. I have read that you made changes and I should be using the CustomScale setting but this does not work either.

If I print using adobe with actual size it prints correctly because of the Auto portrait/landscape selection in the Orientation settings. See attached images(s)

Would it be possible to implement the Auto Orientation settings so the printing will work again correctly with the Actual Size?

Thanks
AndyG

Hello AndyG,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Now the option"AutoPortraitOrLandscape" has been added in the new version, but there still exist some issues and our dev team is trying their best to figure it out.
Once there's any update, I will let you know.
