Create Group Y-Axis on On Excel Chart via C#

Good day,

Can you kindly advise me on how I can create a grouped y-axis on an excel chart via C#.
Example has been attached . So basically I want my y -axis to be grouped by two columns in which the first column is the main category and the 2nd column is the sub -category.
I am able to do it manually in excel but not programmatically via C#.

I have uploaded a pic of the chart I created manually in excel.
