Copying content between 2 tags and then repeat it.

Hi,
I need help to perform below tasks
1- Read content between 2 tags , content could be plain text or table or any other formatted data.
2- Read mailmerge fields from the content available in step 1
3- Repeat the content read at step 1 for n number of times and then insert this repeated content in place of content available in step 1


Please refer the attached document.
Basically i want to implement repeat tag. which will repeat content enclosed in this tag.
