Dear Lee k,

Thanks for your feedback.
I1216, sorry that at present we don't support to convert the line in the footer of TestFile.doc to HTML.
I217_249, HTML file itself doesn't support tab tag, so we use some blank characters to replace it, which may cause the position
issue.
I1230 and I1233, html files include some page breaks, when converting to PDF,content will be paged based on the page breaks.
I237, HTML itself does not support columns.
I250_1, sorry that at present we don't support to convert equation in Word to HTML.
I253, sorry that at present we don't support 3D conversion and circular shape.
I254, HTML itself does not support wavy line borders.

Best Regards,
Amy

Hi Amy,

Thank you for your feedback,
Sorry, I'm a bit confused and unclear on some page breaks in the case of I230 and I233. I wonder why some page breaks were included in the html file. Do you mean that content of Word file is the root cause of this issue?. Could you please review it again (save the Word file to Html and convert it into Pdf then).

Additionally, we have just found out some new issues: I282, I283 and I286. Please help us replicate it.

Thanks for your support,
Lee K

Dear Lee K,

Thanks for your feedback.
I230 and I233, html files include some page breaks, it means there is page break setting in your html
( page-break-before:always) so that there will be page break. But I converted the I230 doc file to html and noticed the html issue and forwarded this issue to our Dev team. Once there is any progress, we will let you know. I233, the doc file is different from the PDF and the image you provided, could you please send the I233 file again ? Also, Spire.Doc supports to convert doc to PDF directly, why did you convert it to html and then convert it to PDF ?
About your new issues, I have reproduced I282 and I283 issue, and posted it to our Dev team. Once there is any progress, we will inform you.
I286, I only found a .docx file in folder, there is no html file and it can be converted as PDF normally.

Sincerely,
Betsy

Hi Betsy,

Thanks for your response,

About I233: please download my attached file again. Sorry Betsy!.
About I286: You are able to duplicate this issue by convert the .docx file to html and html to pdf then. I also attached the html file as your request.

Thanks,
Lee K

Thanks for updating.
About I233, there is page break in your original .docx file, so the html will has that page break.
About I286, I have reproduced your issue and posted it to our Dev team. Once there is any progress, we will let you know. Sorry for inconvenience caused.
Also, Spire.Doc supports to convert doc to PDF directly, why did you convert it to html and then convert it to PDF ?
