Cannot Resolve dependency on Spire License

Hello Team,
I am working with trial version.
I have just downloaded the spire office HOt fix dll's.(/Introduce/spire-office-for-wpf.html).
But wen i add the dlls to the project I am getting the below error.

Error 5 Unknown build error, 'Cannot resolve dependency to assembly 'Spire.License, Version=1.3.5.41, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b1144360237c8b3f' because it has not been preloaded. When using the ReflectionOnly APIs, dependent assemblies must be pre-loaded or loaded on demand through the ReflectionOnlyAssemblyResolve event.'

Where do i find the dependent dll's now?

Please check if the Target Framework and Spire.dll version are same.
