Cannot install Spire.Doc for Python 3.12.8

I am getting the usually error: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement Spire.Doc attempting to install version 13.1.0.

I am on a M4 Mac with ARM architecture and I am running python version 3.12.8. Are you not support M4 Macs yet ??? Earlier this summer you made a note that you do not support M4 Macs, has this been corrected and if so what version of python and Spire.Doc do you support ?
